Start with Braemar College in November 2021 or February 2022, and start at a Canadian university in September 2022
If you have completed the equivalent of grade 11 (O levels / IGCSE), and you have strong math and English skills, the Express Option can get you ready to start at university in September 2022. This means you would finish grade 12 in only 5 to 7 months. Which also means that the program is more intensive than it would be for a regular Braemar student. But it would save you a year, as well as saving you on tuition.
