Your courses for the current term will appear on the homepage of your Canvas account. Once you have accessed your class, you will be able to see all additional info related to that class, and if necessary you will be able to communicate one-on-one with your teacher about anything you need. You will also be supported
Our student activities, clubs and events are ongoing, based on the interest expressed by students throughout the year.
Each of the clubs will make their own decisions about how to include students who are joining us from overseas. This may include, but is not limited to, recorded video sessions, shared documents/resources, virtual message-boards (like Google) and/or chat-rooms (like Zoom), etc. So don’t worry! We will find ways to make you feel included in the student culture at Braemar.
As you can see in the Orientation PPT, there is a difference between the way Braemar classes and TVO/ILC classes are run. If you are taking both, you will have to join both Canvas courses, and follow instructions posted there.
