Braemar College is delighted to announce the appointment our new Regional Market and Partnership Manager for South East Asia, Ms. Huynh Dong Anh Le. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Anh brings a great deal experience and valuable expertise. We caught up with her to ask a few questions.
Do you have any hobbies?
I often describe myself as a part-time extrovert and full-time introvert, adapting effortlessly between these two aspects of my personality. With these dual personas, I find joy in a variety of activities. I love to travel to small places on my scooter, where it makes me feel peaceful inside. I like to explore small towns across Vietnam, where heritage, historical objectives, and culture still remain.
What do you like most about recruiting for Braemar College?
I’m fortunate enough to have an experience as an international student back in 2017 when I was studying a second major at a postsecondary school located in Toronto. As an international student, I understand that being far away from home is not easy for everyone no matter what age you are.
Reflecting on my experience, Braemar stands out for me in its commitment to student service, creating a welcoming atmosphere akin to a second home. Braemar is a private institution distinguished by its smaller size in comparison to public schools. This characteristic fosters a focused and attentive environment where every student is cared for. The faculty at Braemar surrounds students with support, addressing both their physical and mental well-being.
What advice would you have for students interested in studying at Braemar College?
I would say as I used to say to myself, “Don’t be afraid, you are not alone”.
You will explore many great things with Braemar, friends from different countries and cultures along with dedicated support from the faculty team, who will stand by your side and guide you through academic preparation and help you find your path for your future career at one of Braemar’s partner colleges and universities and beyond.
