BLSA Certificate Courses

There are many ways we might measure a successful life: longevity, health, relationship networks, community contributions, mobility, financial wealth, etc. And today there are enough “self-improvement” programs being promoted to confuse anyone about the direction they should take to achieve their dreams.

The BLSA Certificate Courses help young people navigate the confusing but exciting world of personal development.

This BLSA Red Certificate course will help you identify and develop personal goals, assess your interests and skills, and begin exploring different career options with the aim of developing a coherent and meaningful career plan. 

By the end of this course, you will be able to

  • Identify your strengths and weaknesses, personality type and dominant characteristics
  • Set goals that correspond with your interests, instincts, skills and dreams
  • Research and communicate effectively to find the right job for you

Course features:

  • This course is fully online and asynchronous (you work on it at your own pace)
  • You should have at least an intermediate level of English
  • Estimated completion time: approximately 12 hours
  • BLSA Red Certificate awarded upon completion

This BLSA Blue Certificate course draws on recent and authoritative scholarship to introduce the foundations of wellbeing, provides effective tools for authentic personal growth, and guide you through the practices that will see you achieve stability and success in your formal education, professional career, and beyond.  

 This course will help you identify and develop personal goals, assess your interests and skills, and begin exploring different career options with the aim of developing a coherent and meaningful career plan. You will also learn about effective communication and presentation skills, as well as strategies to foster mental and physical well-being. 

By the end of this course, you will be able to

  • Identify your strengths and weaknesses, personality type and dominant characteristics
  • Set goals that correspond with your interests, instincts, skills and dreams
  • Build routines and strategies to optimize your mental and physical health
  • Research and communicate effectively to find the right job for you

Course features:

  • This course is fully online and asynchronous (you work on it at your own pace)
  • You should have at least an intermediate level of English
  • Estimated completion time: approximately 55 hours
  • BLSA Blue Certificate awarded upon completion
